I had a pleasant stay with a lovely view of the V&A from my room and enjoyed the delicious full English breakfast each morning. The indoor swimming pool and the cozy lounge area made for great relaxation spots after a day of exploring. The only downside was the WiFi connection dropping a few times, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊

We had an 'Executive Twin Room' which was nice but a bit cramped. The staff were super helpful when I had an issue with the room allocation. The breakfast buffet was decent, but I was bummed about the pool access being complicated and extra charges. the wait for the lift was annoying—it could really use a fix.
