Wonderful location, friendly and efficient staff, nice room with a nice view, nice bar, nice restaurant, very nice breakfast buffet
Most hotels today of the caliber of the Rembrandt have a fitness room in the hotel. I did find it pretty amazing that you didn't have one. Having to go outside and pay for a treadmill in today's world is fairly unacceptable.

The Hotel was high standard and clean, the staff very helpful & friendly, the spa nextdoor an added bonus.
Breakfast was good, otherwise the food was over priced and not to the standard you would have expected.

The hotel was in a very nice area of the city.
We should have been told beforehand that there was an extra charge to use the internet and the spa. It was quite expensive to stay at the hotel. It would have been more service minded if the use of the internet and spa was included in the price of the room.

The location and proximity to central London is excellent. Fine dining available close by as well as many tourist attractions. Hotel staff most obliging. A nice lounge area. A very good breakfast buffet....

The location offers a prime spot near ample outdoor dining. The upgraded rooms feature thoughtful design with good lighting, black-out curtains, and a jacuzzi tub.
The corridors can echo with noise from fellow guests, which might be distracting if you're a light sleeper. The gym access comes with an additional fee, which doesn't sit right when you've already shelled out for a room. Some rooms might feel a bit cramped or dated, not quite offering the bang for your buck, especially for those expecting luxury at this price point.

The room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was quite good.
WiFi was supposed to be available free, it didn't work until our last day at the hotel. WiFi in the room was only available through a connecting wire, which is useless with an iphone or ipad, so I was basically without connection for three days, and no one at the hotel seemed too concerned about it. I booked this hotel in part because of the pool available at the health club next door. Unfortunately, available is not apt. After paying $12 for the privilege, I found a small pool entirely occuppied by one adult swimmer, a child, and a swimming lesson. There are swimming lessons and/or classes scheduled for most of the day in the pool, rendering it useless for lap swimmers. This feature was highlighted in the hotel amenities, which is inaccurate.
